Sacred Cacao Ceremony to open our hearts and support our healing process. This Therapeutic Breathwork intention is to allow oneself to feel deeply. It supports self-exploration of our filters and belief system. It brings to the surfaces those things which we are ready to process and integrate.

A beautiful Caco Ceremony curated to invite participants to connect with this plant in a meaningful way and deep within a understanding of the reciprocity and reverence this and all plants deserve.
Participants will learn songs from the path of the heart as well as different ways to make offerings to the Cacao plant.
Breathwork is part of the ceremony. This therapeutic breathwork offers the opportunity to feel deeplyn into ones inner world, reach for the roots of patterns and habits, process and integrate trauma, and many other benefits related to resetting the nervous system and bringing one to a much calmer state of mind.
