About the Event
Virginia has been a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for over a decade. The type of Breathwork she will offer in this Corazón Adentro Circle, is formulated for a gentle healing session focused on the nervous system of the pregnant and postpartum person. This somatic healing will take participants (parents) in a journey that will support them on processing pregnancy/parenting challenges that are typically woven into deep wounds the parent is carrying. This circle is a safe space for sharing, questions, processing, traditional knowledge, and the loving care of the community.
Please wear something comfortable as you will be sitting or laying on the floor to do breathwork.
