Perinatal Breathwork / Regulating the Nervous System of Parent and Baby

Come and find your community! Having and raising a child is a community effort.  These workshops will support the regulation of your nervous system.  You will learn about ally plants for postpartum specifically those that support and nourish the nervous system. We will experience breathwork and also you will learn mini versions of this type of breathwork that you can safely integrate into your self-care rituals at home. We will also learn to partner with food as medicine for your recovery.  The main focus of these workshops is a type of breathwork that will help you and your baby regulate each other’s nervous system. Babies are welcome. Once they are very mobile it might be a little harder for you to focus on the work, however they are welcome if you wish to bring them. (Only one child per person please). These workshops are for peole who are pregnant/about to adopt a child,  or they are over 6 weeks pospartum up to 2 years old.  If you are a person who feels like you werer never able to regulate your nervous system and/or feel recovered after childbirth/adoption please come to receive the love. If you are needing support but are in your first 6 weeks, please stay home and I will come to you to support your process.
