About the Event

Do you want to have a wonderful delicious Sexuality?

Do you feel you need to heal something in your sexuality in order to enjoy it?

Sometimes we think we want to improve our sexuality but in reality what most of us really need  is to create intimacy and sensual experiences. In sacred intimacy we let all of our masks down and we become authentic and spontaneous. Intimacy is at the core of a strong and healthy relationship. Intimacy supports feeling safe, allow us to be seen, to feel heard, to feel loved, held, and appreciated in relationships. Many times all we need is the certainty of having  a nonjudgmental  space to give ourselves permission to feel and express ourselves.

Intimacy creates Sacred Sexuality and Sacred Sexuality is based on intimacy. They are intimately connected.

Creating Intimacy with ourselves  and spending time with our body and our pleasure is a way of Self-care. Understanding our own bodies and pleasure maps expands how we receive the enjoyment of sacred sexuality with a partner.

Ultimate, OUR PLEASURE IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY and A good Sacred and Spiritual Sexuality begins with a strong Self-intimacy and Intimacy in the relationship.

This retreat will start with a Cacao ceremony curated to work with a partner (one that comes with you, or one that you will meet at the retreat). The Spirit of Madrecita Cacao will guide us in our work and will open our hearts to the beauty of intimacy and pleasure.  Exercises are designed to create a safe and loving way for body self-care partnering with plant allies and using our breath.  We will learn and enter relationships with plants that offer us an aphrodisiac effect when appropriate.

Consent and vulnerability is at the core of the retreat to create a safe and sacred space for the participants.
